2020 Training Week 1, Day 2 (2 / 153)

Planned: Debug/Calf-Raises Core / All-Stretches / 3/1.5M Brick @ Z2 / 1350y Swim @ Z1
Completed all.

Arms are sore from tricep raises and push-ups on 8M core from yesterday.

Run was more like Z3-Z4. Same issue as yesterday, but also, bike training is at 90rpms which is much faster than I used to so my legs were pumped up when hitting the run.

Swim went okay. A bit annoying from arm soreness, but I more noticed fatigue from brick in the morning.
