Planned: 8m Core / All-Stretches / 3M Run @ Z2
Completed core and stretches.
Run was more like Z2~Z3 @ 9:45 pace. I like Z2 being more like 10:00. I started out trying to do Z2 from the start. Next time run 1/4-1/2 miles at Z1 before going Z2. Using Z1 as reference will help to do Z2 like I want. Goal is for Z1 to be 11ish, Z2 10ish, Z3 9:30ish, Z4 sub-9.
