A bit chilled, but tolerable for at least 45 minutes
Thoughts on my 26 week training for the Waterman's Half-Ironman on September 29th, 2018.
@11:14, 70°/9 mph wind/Sunny: 3rd best average power for the route.
Second run on the route this week with cadence not going below 70 and minimum 3rd gear (small front gear). Next week have minimum 4th gear (small front gear).
@16:00, 70°/6 mph wind/mostly clear: Ran for about 1/4 mile around 1.5 miles.
@14:16, 68°/10 mph wind/Sunny: 3rd fastest speed for 5-10M speed again.
Computer crapped out. Watched didn't get power.
@10:44, 49°/17 mph wind/Sunny
Winter gear:
@09:19, 49°/Cloudy
Had to postpone long bike ride until tomorrow because of rain, and walk was cut short. Maybe I'll do bike trainer later, but I hate to do too much riding. Maybe just really nice and easy low gear at 90 rpms.
@15:37, 50°/9 mph wind/thin clouds/: 3rd fastest speed for 5-10M speed; Power PR for route
Supposed to be easy ride allowing going down to first gear; however, I went right right through trial limiting down to fourth. One hill dropped below 60 rpm, and stepped down to 3rd gear limit.
