Swapped with tomorrow because it's supposed to be cold. Today did:
Actual: Scissors Core / All-Stretches / 3M Run @ Z1~Z2
Completed core and stretches.
Run was good. Did 1/4 mile at Z1 to get baseline for estimating Z2.
Thoughts on my 26 week training for the Waterman's Half-Ironman on September 29th, 2018.
